We are pleased to provide Luggage storage onboard our coaches. All baggage must be tagged with an appropriate destination baggage tag, contact information of passenger. Learn more
Traveling with a Pet
We cannot accommodate pets abroad our coaches at this time. Guide and Service dogs are accepted but certification is required. Learn more

Easy and very scenic way to get from Victoria to Vancouver My son and I traveled from Victoria to Vancouver using the BC connector. They picked us up at our hotel then dropped us at the bus collection point. We drove to the ferry and were able to get off the bus and enjoy the scenic ferry ride over. Then it was easy back on the bus and they took us right to downtown Vancouver. We had a reasonable amount of luggage and it was all easily stowed under the bus and we didn't have to worry about it again until we took it off in Vancouver.read more

Excellent service We used this both to transfer from downtown Vancouver to Victoria and then to come back to Vancouver airport after our stay in Victoria. Through no fault of the company (the bus was unable to pick us up due to an event closing off most of downtown Vancouver), we eventually had to make our own way to the bus depot and because this took some time (again, due to the event, there were very few taxis) we had missed our scheduled transfer.
However, when we finally arrived, both hot and very stressed, the member of staff on duty couldn’t have been nicer. Due to several phone calls over the course of the morning, he was expecting us and explained that we were booked onto the next bus, told us where to find somewhere to eat lunch in the meantime and took our luggage to look after it for us!
From there all was very smooth - it’s a great system where the coach takes you to the ferry, drives onto the ferry with you then transports you to the Victoria depot seamlessly, taking around 4 hours altogether.
Our return journey involved a change of buses on the Vancouver side as we were going to the airport, but the new bus was waiting as our original one drove off the ferry; it parked alongside and we passengers changed buses whilst the drivers moved our luggage across.
A great system clearly designed with the passengers’ ease of use in mind.
